Maitrya Enterprise

Maitrya Enterprise is located right in the middle of all the noise at 535 Shaniwar Peth. We are at the Appa Balwant Chowk, which is a place that is always crowded with people and vehicles. Being right across from the Prabhat Theater means there is never really a quiet moment throughout the day. We deal with a variety of items that people need for their daily routines or for their own small businesses. The shop is a bit small, so it gets crowded quickly with all the stock we try to keep on the shelves. Shaniwar Peth is a very old part of the city, and the streets are quite narrow, so getting our deliveries inside can be a real struggle sometimes. We have spent many years in this spot, watching the city change around us. The shop itself is not modern or fancy at all. It has some old wooden shelves and a floor that has seen better days. We spend our time counting the inventory, helping people find what they need, and talking to the other shop owners nearby. It is a busy life in this part of Pune. Sometimes the constant noise of the theater crowds and the traffic gets to be a bit much, but it is just part of being here. We don't use much fancy technology, just a simple notebook for our records. People know us because we’ve been here forever. It's just our daily life.
