Mahindra Tractor & Co.

We've been at the shop on Sinhagad Road for quite a while now. Most people know us for the tractors and the spare parts we keep in the back. It’s a busy spot here near 4th Main Road, especially on Monday mornings when the deliveries show up. My father started this under the Mahindra Tractor & Co. name, and we just kept it going. We're over in V Block, right where the road curves a bit. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with heavy machinery every day. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just drop by when they need something fixed or looking for a specific bolt. It’s mostly just us and a few tools. The phone rings a lot, usually someone stuck out in a field or needing a part delivered. We try to keep things organized on the shelves, but it’s a lot of metal to move around. Usually, there's some tea going if you catch us at the right time. Being on Sinhagad Road, you see everyone passing through. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the work stays about the same. If you’re looking for the place, look for the big gates near 4th Main. We’re usually here until the sun goes down or until the last job is done for the day.
