We are located at 145 on the Mumbai-Pune Road in the Pimpri area. This part of the city has always been very industrial, and we have been here for a long time. The office and the plant are right there where all the big manufacturing happens. Our daily routine involves a lot of engineering tasks and dealing with chemical products. It’s a large site, so there is always something going on, whether it’s a delivery coming in or a batch being processed. The air around Pimpri has that distinct industrial smell, and the sound of the highway is constant. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations. The furniture is old and practical, and there are stacks of reports everywhere. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know how things work. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to the office. We deal with a lot of safety protocols because of the chemicals, which is just part of the job. It’s not a fast-paced tech startup vibe here; it’s more of a steady, traditional industrial environment. We just show up, do the checks, manage the production, and make sure everything is handled according to the standards we’ve always used. It’s a solid place to work if you don’t mind the grime and the noise of a busy factory road. We eat lunch together in the canteen and talk about anything other than work for half an hour before getting back to it.
