We are based at Flat No. 3 in the Sai Vihar building. It’s located on Survey No. 71/1A in the Sadguru Jungli Maharaj Nagar area of Pimple Gurav. Pune is a big city, but this neighborhood has its own specific vibe. It’s a residential-style building, so the office feels a bit more like a home than a sterile corporate floor. Aker Solutions Ltd. uses this space for our local operations and technical coordination. We have a small kitchen area and a few rooms that we’ve converted into workspaces. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re new to the area, but once you know the landmarks, it’s fine. The traffic in Pimple Gurav can get a bit hectic in the evenings, but during the day it’s mostly just the sounds of the neighborhood. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done—laptops, some printers, and plenty of desk space for drawings. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We usually eat lunch together and talk about things other than work. It’s an honest, no-frills setup. We don't try to impress anyone with the office decor because we’d rather focus on the actual engineering work. It’s a practical place for practical people. The 411 027 area is where we’ve settled, and it works for us.
