Chemsys Process Engineering (P) Ltd.

Our place is at Plot No. 277 in Sector No.4, which is part of Moshi Pradhikaran. It’s right off the Pune Nashik Highway, so there are always trucks and cars passing by at all hours. We are quite close to Kendriy Vihar, which is how most people find us if they are visiting for the first time. Chemsys Process Engineering (P) Ltd. has been operating out of this specific plot for some time now. The building is just a standard industrial setup. It’s got high ceilings and some heavy doors that we keep open when we are moving things in and out. The highway noise is a constant background sound for us. We’ve grown used to it. The area around Sector 4 is mostly other businesses and some residential spots further back. Being near Kendriy Vihar makes it easy to explain our location to delivery drivers who get lost. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just the name on the gate and the number 277. Inside, it’s mostly just equipment and some desks for the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped in some corners because we have a lot of stuff, but we know where everything is. The floors are concrete and have some stains from the years of working here. It’s a real working environment, not something out of a magazine. We just show up, do the engineering work, and go home.
