Mahendra Uttamrao Tupe

My name is Mahendra Uttamrao Tupe and I run my business out of Kamdhenu Estate. The office is at number 9 on the Hadapsar Link Road. If you are looking for me, I am directly opposite Ganesh Jewellers. It is a busy stretch of road, especially during the morning and evening rush when everyone is trying to get home. I have been working from this specific location for many years now. I do not really bother with big advertisements or fancy marketing stuff. Most people around here know who I am or they just see my sign while they are stuck in traffic outside. My day usually involves meeting with people from the neighborhood or local business owners from the nearby estates. The office itself is quite basic. I have my desk, some chairs, and my paperwork, and that is about it. Working on the Link Road means I see all kinds of people every day. Some are in a big hurry and others like to sit and talk for a while. I try to help everyone out as best as I can. It is not always perfect, and sometimes I have to step out for errands or site visits, but this is my main base. Being a local person helps because I understand the issues people face in this part of Hadapsar. I don't have plans to move anywhere else anytime soon. It is a practical place that works for me.
