Mahathma Gandhi Nursery&Primary School

We are Mahathma Gandhi Nursery&Primary School, and you can find us at 202 Modi Plaza in Swargate. This is a very busy part of Pune because of the big bus stand nearby. Our school is for the little ones, so we have nursery and primary classes. Being in an office building like Modi Plaza is a bit different, but it works for a small school like ours. We are on the second floor, so we are a little bit away from the main street noise. The classrooms are small and decorated with drawings and letters to help the children learn. We do not have a big playground or a gym, just the rooms where the kids spend their day. It is a very local school, and most of the parents live or work right here in Swargate. Our days are filled with teaching the alphabet and helping the kids with their basic numbers. It gets loud and messy sometimes, but that is expected with young children. The staff is just a few teachers and someone to handle the visitors at the front desk. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. If you are in Swargate, Modi Plaza is a well-known building. We stay busy with the kids until the afternoon and then we get ready for the next day. It is a simple, honest place for early learning.
