Our place is out in Maleganv BK, which is part of the Baramati taluka. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We focus on chemicals and fertilisers that are needed for the farms around here. The office is pretty basic, just a spot for us to keep our records and meet with people. We see a lot of local folks coming in to talk about their crops and what they might need for the next season. The weather really dictates how busy we are. When the rains are good, everyone is in a hurry, and when it’s dry, things slow down a lot. We have a warehouse where we keep the bags stacked up. It’s dusty work, and we spend a lot of time moving things around to make space. We don’t have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet is slow out here, which makes the billing part take longer than it should. We just try to keep things running steady. It’s a local business, and we know most of the people who come through our door. We’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us without needing a big sign. It’s just honest work helping the farmers get what they need to keep their fields going.
