Maharashtra Bearing

Maharashtra Bearing is located over in Shivaji Nagar, right near the Aaj Ka Anand building. If you know the area, it’s a pretty active spot with lots of traffic and people moving about. We are at 364/365. Working with bearings is mostly about numbers and sizes. You get people coming in looking for very specific parts for machines or vehicles, and you have to be sure the fit is right. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary. Our shelves are filled with boxes of all sizes, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in here. We try to keep things organized, though things can get a bit messy during a busy afternoon. We have been in Shivaji Nagar for some time now. Dealing with local mechanics and factory guys is what our day looks like. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just check the stock, look at the specifications, and see if we can help out. It's a small place, really. Just enough room for the stock and a desk to handle the paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly we are just focused on the bearings. It’s a bit noisy outside with the Shivaji Nagar traffic, but we are used to it by now. Just a local business doing its part in the neighborhood. We are usually here until the evening when things finally quiet down.
