Dolphin Paint Industries

Our place is over at Plot No- 38/1 in the Rajlaxmi Industrial Estate. It’s located in Narhe, right near the Khedekar Industrial Area, so there’s always a lot of heavy trucks and noise around here. Being in an industrial estate means we’re surrounded by other businesses doing their own thing, which keeps the energy up. At Dolphin Paint Industries, we spend most of our time around the mixing machines and the storage racks. It’s a bit of a messy job, but someone has to do it. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have a workspace that’s built for function. We just show up every morning, check the orders, and get started on whatever needs to be mixed or shipped out. The team here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to moving heavy buckets around. It can be exhausting by the time evening rolls around, but it feels good to see the stacks of product ready to go. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re some giant corporation. We’re just a local industrial unit trying to do our job well. Sometimes things break down or a delivery gets delayed, but we just fix it and keep moving. That’s just the way it works in an estate like this. We are just here doing the work and keeping things as steady as possible.
