If you head out to the Nangargaon Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at Plot No. 31-32. Lonavala is a nice place to work, though it gets incredibly wet during the monsoon season. We have to make sure the roof on our unit stays tight when the rain starts pouring down. It’s a pretty standard industrial shed, nothing like the fancy offices you see in the city. We have a lot of space across the two plots, which is good because we have some heavy things to move around. Most of the guys here live nearby or commute from the main town area. It’s quiet out here compared to the markets. You can hear the machines running from the other units down the road. We spend most of our morning just sorting through the day's tasks. There’s a small tea stall just a few minutes away where we usually go for breaks. It’s just how things are at Shree Balaji Industrial Corporation. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and have seen a lot of neighbors come and go. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’ve been too busy with work to get around to it. It’s a practical place, not a showroom. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
