Maharajpur Junior Basic School

Maharajpur Junior Basic School is situated in Viman Nagar at Office No 24 in Royal Tower, Plot 45. It is a bit unusual because we are inside a commercial building. In this part of Pune, space is hard to find, so many schools like ours use office spaces. We focus on junior basic education, so our students are quite young. The rooms in the tower have been set up with small chairs and tables for the children. We don't have a traditional school yard, so we have to be creative with how the kids get their play time. Being in Royal Tower means we are close to a lot of shops and other businesses. The parents find it very convenient because they can drop their kids off and then go about their work in Viman Nagar. We have been operating out of this office for a few years now. It is a small setup, and the staff is just a few dedicated people. We don't have any big signs outside, just the name on the directory. It is a very simple way of doing things. We just focus on the basic teaching and making sure the kids are safe and learning. It is a very practical choice for families who live or work in this busy area. The building has elevators which the kids find interesting every day.
