Mafoi

Mafoi is based at Flat No 7 in Rashmi Apts, right on the Bombay Sappers Col Pune Nagar Roadpune 14. Pune 14 is a busy area to be in. The traffic on the main road is constant, so you always hear the sound of horns and engines in the background. It’s a simple apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. There’s a couch in the corner for when we’re tired, but usually, we’re at the table. We have a lot of binders and folders everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the mobile signal isn't great inside the building, so we have to stand near the window to get a clear line. We’ve got a small team here. We don’t bother with suits or ties. Just regular clothes because it’s comfortable. We work through the morning, take a lunch break at the place downstairs, and then get back to it. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard. We’ve put up some old curtains to block it out. It’s just a plain office where we handle our business. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just provide what’s needed and try to keep things running smooth enough for everyone involved. It gets the job done and we go home to our families once the sun goes down.
