At Madras Consultancy Group Mcg, we work out of Flat A 13 in the Konark Campus in Pune. Being in Maharashtra is great for us, and this specific campus has been our home for a while now. It’s a bit of a mix between a residential and professional feel here at Konark Campus. Our flat isn’t very large, but it has enough room for our computers and all the files we’ve collected over the years. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves a lot of thinking and typing away at our desks. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, which is good for concentration. We aren't the type to have big meetings in fancy boardrooms. Usually, we just sit around a regular table and talk things through. Pune is a busy city, but inside the campus, it feels a bit more relaxed. We’ve grown used to the routine of coming into Flat A 13 every morning. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who need us already know where to find us. We just try to do a decent job for whoever we are working with at the time. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run a business. We like the campus because it's easy to get to and has a bit of greenery around, which makes for a nice view when we take a break or step out for tea.
