We are located in Katraj, right near central street at 35/1/1A in Vital Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood. Our shop is where all the printing happens. You can usually hear the machines running from the street. There is a specific smell of ink and plastic that hangs in the air here, which you stop noticing after the first hour of work. We have large rolls of material stacked up against the walls and samples of our work pinned up wherever there is space. The floor has a few ink stains here and there, but that’s just part of the job. Vital Nagar is a place where everyone seems to know each other, so we get a lot of locals walking in just to say hello or ask about a quick job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and our machines. Some days the machines are temperamental and require a bit of coaxing to get through a long run. We spend a lot of time checking the colors and making sure the alignment is right. It’s a lot of standing and moving around, so we’re usually pretty tired by the time evening rolls around. We usually close up once the last order is packed and ready. It’s a decent living, and we like being part of the Katraj community, even if it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic on central street. It is just a plain, hardworking print shop.
