Madhavbaug Clinic

We are situated over at 10 Shri Ram Palace in Tingre Nagar. It’s a well-known spot because we are quite close to the Gurudawara. If you are in the Vidyanagar area, you probably know where that is. Madhavbaug Clinic takes up a small space in the building. It’s a local place through and through. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, especially on days when there are events at the Gurudawara. We can hear the prayers sometimes, which is actually quite nice. The clinic itself is pretty simple. We have a front desk that’s been there since we opened. The tiles on the floor are a bit old, but we scrub them every day. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to make sure everyone gets seen. Most of our patients live within walking distance. They come in for their regular visits and we chat about the local news while they wait. It’s not a sterile, cold environment like some big hospitals. It feels more like a part of the street. We have a small bench outside for when it gets crowded inside. The air conditioning works okay, but on really hot days it struggles a bit. We just do our best with what we have. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. We just show up and help out.
