You will find us at Shop No 1 in Fursungi, which is a bit of a developing area in Pune. Being in a shop unit sounds a bit different, but it works for a local primary school. It’s right on the ground level, so it is easy for the smaller children to get in and out without dealing with too many stairs. Fursungi has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up, but we’ve stayed here in our spot. The school day starts early, and you’ll see the kids in their uniforms lined up right by the entrance. It is a primary school, so things are usually quite loud and energetic until the lessons actually start. We focus on the basics of English and other subjects that the children need at this age. The space is used efficiently, with every room serving a clear purpose. There isn't any fancy lobby or waiting area, just the classrooms and the main desk. Parents often stop by to talk to us while they are out doing their own shopping or errands nearby. It’s a very community-focused kind of place. We don't spend money on big billboards or anything like that. People just know us because we’ve been here in the Fursungi area for a while. The traffic outside can be a bit much in the evenings, but during the school hours, it’s just another part of the day.
