Madhav Limaye Associates

Madhav Limaye Associates has its office here in Flat 103 of the Mai Smruti Apartments. We are located in Renuka Nagari. It’s a bit of a strange address because the paperwork says Andhra Pradesh but the pin code 411041 is usually for the Pune side. Anyway, we just work from here regardless of what the map says. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate office at all. We like it that way. It’s quieter than being right on a main road. We do our work, talk to the people who come by, and try to keep things moving. There isn't any fancy receptionist or a waiting lounge with magazines. You just come in, sit down, and we talk about whatever needs doing. The apartment is cozy, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls are covered with files and old calendars. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear them while we’re trying to focus. It feels very local and grounded. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they live in the area. It’s just a few of us trying to do a good job with the associates' work we handle. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with the space we have. We just try to get the tasks done.
