Madapur Adibasi Primary School

This primary school is situated within the Dr D Y Patil Knowledge City area, out on Lohegaon Road in Charholi Budruk. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it’s a growing part of Pune. We’re a primary school, so our days are filled with the younger children from the local families. The Knowledge City is a big landmark, so most people don't have much trouble finding us once they get into the 412105 area. The environment out here is a bit different than the crowded city streets; there’s a little more room to breathe. The school itself is quite simple. We have the basic rooms and facilities needed to teach the kids their early lessons. We aren't a big, fancy institution with a massive marketing budget. Most of our staff are just regular people who live in or around Charholi Budruk and want to help out the community. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction and development happening around Lohegaon Road, but we keep the classrooms tidy. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe what we do here. It’s just about showing up every morning, getting the children settled, and working through the day’s subjects. It’s an honest, local school for the families in this part of the district. We’ve become a familiar spot for many over the years. We just focus on the basic education for the local kids.
