We are set up over in Hadapsar. It’s a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. At Mad Over Donuts, we spend most of our time just getting the batches ready. It’s a lot of work with the dough and the toppings, and sometimes the kitchen gets a bit messy during the rush. We aren't a big fancy restaurant, just a small shop where you can pick up a treat. The staff here in Hadapsar are mostly young people who live in the nearby colonies. We try to be quick, but sometimes the lines get a bit long on the weekends. That’s just how it is. People come in for a quick snack or to take a box home to their families. We don’t do any big speeches about what we do. We just make the donuts and put them in the case. The smell of the sugar and flour is always there. Some days are better than others, depending on how many people are out and about. It’s a practical kind of job. We open up early to get things started and usually stay until the last box is gone. It's a good spot to work and it's nice seeing the same faces from the neighborhood come in every week. Just a regular shop in Hadapsar doing its thing day after day. We don't pretend to be anything more than what you see when you walk through the door.
