Our shop Shri Balji Confectionery Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No 72 in the P C M C Vasahat area of Nigdi. We are specifically on the 3rd Cross, right behind the old octroi office. It is a simple place where we spend our days making and selling sweets. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small businesses. My day usually starts very early, sometimes before the sun is even up, to get everything ready. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a plain spot where we do our work. People from the vasahat often walk by on their way to work or the market. We have been in this location for quite some time now. You get used to the sounds of the street and the rhythm of the people here. It can get a bit dusty and loud because of the traffic, but that is just how it is in Nigdi. We don't have a big team or fancy office equipment. It is mostly just us handling the orders and making sure the jars are full. Sometimes the octroi office area gets a bit crowded with trucks. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the confectionery. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours on your feet. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. That’s how we like it.
