Chocolate Toast

We are located at Tadiwala Road 29, right near the Railway Ground and the Bibwewadi Railway Quarter. It is a busy little corner of the world to be in. We focus on snacks and simple things that people can eat while they are on the move. The name of the place is Chocolate Toast, and that is something we end up making quite a bit of every day. The kitchen is small but we try to keep everything in its right place so we don't trip over each other. Most of our days are spent standing at the grill or prepping the ingredients for the next customer who walks in. Being so near the railway quarters means we see a lot of people who work for the trains. It is a local crowd for the most part of the day. The sounds of the area and the trains are always there in the background while we work. We do not have a big fancy dining room for people to sit in. It is more of a practical setup for those who are hungry and in a hurry to get somewhere else. We have been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around us quite a bit. The heat from the cooking equipment keeps us warm in the winter months. In the summer, we just open the doors wide to let the air in and keep going. We aren't trying to be anything too special. We just make the food and hope people leave satisfied. It is a simple life for us here.
