Mad Over Donuts

We are located in Shop No G 11, right at 27 A Cross on the 9th Main off Shankarsheth Road. Most days start pretty early for us because we have to get the dough ready and the fryers going. The smell of sugar and flour usually fills the shop by the time we open the shutters. Mad Over Donuts is a small space, so we spend a lot of time bumping into each other behind the counter. We make a variety of donuts every morning. Some have chocolate, some have sprinkles, and others are just plain. We don't really have a favorite, we just put them out and see what people buy that day. The display case usually looks pretty full until the afternoon rush when the school kids and office workers stop by. It can get a bit messy with the glaze and the powdered sugar getting everywhere, but we clean it up when there's a quiet moment. We’ve had the same people working here for a while, so we’ve gotten pretty fast at boxing things up. There isn’t a lot of seating, so most folks just grab a box and go. It’s just a donut shop in a busy part of town. We keep it simple. If the light is on and the shelves are full, we’re open. Sometimes we run out of the popular ones early. We try to stay organized but it gets hectic when the delivery drivers arrive all at once.
