Macro Spark Industries

You can find Macro Spark Industries over in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. We are at plot 580, 16 7. Being in Bhosari means we are surrounded by factories and workshops of all kinds. It’s a very industrial area, so there is always the sound of metal clanging or trucks reversing in the background. Our place is a workshop where we handle industrial sparking and machining for various local clients. It’s a dirty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, so we wear thick boots. We have a small team of workers who have been here for years. They know exactly how to run the machines without needing much instruction. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls working on a specific part. The heat in the summer can be tough inside the metal shed, but we have big industrial fans to keep the air moving. It’s a practical business. We don't do much talking; we just get the orders done as they come in. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved throughout the shift. It’s an honest way to make a living in this part of town. Most of the guys live in the worker housing nearby, so it's a short walk. We are just one small part of the big industrial machine here in Pune, and we like the grit of it all. It’s hard work but it’s what we know and how we spend our days together.
