Macon Computer Services is located on Tadiwala Road in Pune. We are at number 13. This road is always buzzing because the railway station is so close. We’ve been here for a long time now. The office is small and it isn't much to look at from the street, just a regular front with some old signs. Inside, we have everything we need to fix computers. Most days the workbenches are covered in laptop parts and opened towers. We don’t have a strict corporate way of doing things. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. The Pune dust is a bit of a problem, so we’re always wiping down screens and keyboards. We aren't a big chain or anything. We’re just a local team that knows how to handle hardware. Our neighbors often stop by just to chat or ask us about their slow computers. We don’t use any fancy marketing words or try to sell things that people don’t really need. We just say what’s wrong and try to get it sorted. It can get pretty loud with the traffic noise outside, but we’ve all gotten used to it over the years. We keep a stack of old parts in the back room just in case someone needs a rare cable. There’s usually a half-finished cup of tea somewhere on a desk. That’s just how we operate. We like being a part of this neighborhood and keeping people’s technology running properly.
