Being in Pimpri at the 15th Cross means there is always noise from the street. We’ve been operating out of Sai Kunj Apartment for a while now. Moving things is a lot of physical labor, and our days are mostly filled with tape, cardboard boxes, and heavy lifting. The second phase of this area has grown a lot since we first arrived. You can see trucks moving in and out of the lanes all day long. It is a bit of a maze sometimes, trying to navigate the big vehicles through the tight corners near the apartment complex. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it is just a practical space where we organize the schedules and keep the packing supplies ready. Most days, the staff is out on the road, so the office stays pretty still until they come back with empty trucks and stories about the traffic. It is hard work, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating, but it is what we do. We know the shortcuts around this part of town pretty well. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the thick of things. There is always someone around to help with a box or two. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss. It is not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and the neighborhood is familiar to us now. We have seen many families come and go from these buildings.
