M S Nivam Instruments Pvt Ltd is located in Chinchwad, over in the Pune district. Our place is actually right by the Decent Ladies Hostel in Sudarshan Nagar. If you know where the Golande Ram Mandir is, then we are very easy to find because we are right near it. It’s a local neighborhood, so you hear the temple bells and the general sounds of the street all day long. We work on various instruments here. It’s a lot of technical stuff that requires a quiet hand. The workshop isn't very large, and it’s usually filled with tools, parts, and a few of us trying to get through the day's tasks. Pune is a big place for industry, but Chinchwad has its own feel to it. We don't have a big corporate setup. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and equipment. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for us to get to and most of us live nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the street outside, especially during festival times at the Mandir. We don't really do any big sales pitches. Most people who come to us already know what they need or they’ve been told about us by someone else in the industry. We just focus on the instruments and making sure everything works like it should before it leaves the shop. It is a simple way of doing business in a very busy city.
