It’s a growing part of the city with a lot of new things happening around us. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people; we are a smaller team that likes to keep things direct and simple. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Instead, we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. The flat is set up with everything we need to work efficiently. Sometimes the security at the gate is a bit strict, but that’s okay. We’ve got a good routine here. We usually have the windows open to let in a bit of a breeze. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't big on corporate titles or formal speeches. We just sit down, do the math, and handle the paperwork. Pune is a busy city, but our spot in Venkatesh Nisarg feels like a good place to concentrate. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
