We’ve been based out of Vrindavan Park Society for quite a while now. Specifically, we’re at 30 B2 in the society, which is right in the Kothrud area of Pune. It’s a quiet spot, mostly because we’re near Mahatma Society and away from the main heavy traffic of the city. Our days are filled with looking over papers, checking drawings, and answering the phone. It’s not a large team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and old records, but we know where everything is. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood and see our nameplate. We don't really do big advertising or anything like that. We just sit here, work on our projects, and have tea when the local delivery guy comes around. Kothrud has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings and cars everywhere, but this corner of Pune still feels like home. When clients come over, they usually mention how peaceful it is near Mahatma Society compared to the rest of the town. We don't have any fancy receptionists. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and the technical bits that people find confusing. It’s just what we do every day from morning till evening. Most people appreciate that we don't use a lot of big words.
