You can find us in the Shoppers Orbit building in Vishrantwadi. We’re in the B-Wing on the first floor, shop number 152. Being so close to the Big Bazaar means there are always people walking past the window. Often, someone will pop in with a broken mouse or a laptop that won't start after they’ve finished their grocery shopping. The shop isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of inventory onto the shelves. We’ve got keyboards, cables, and parts tucked into every available space. It gets a bit noisy with the mall crowds, but we like the energy. I spend most of my day sitting behind the counter with a soldering iron or a screwdriver. My assistant handles the sales while I try to figure out why someone’s hard drive stopped spinning. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a local shop where we know many of our customers by their first names. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, so it gets a bit warm, but we keep a small fan going. It’s a busy little corner of the mall. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the repairs done so people can go home. There’s always a pile of paperwork on the back desk that I need to get to, but the computers usually come first.
