Lensel

We are located over at Shivnagri in Bijalinager, which is part of the Chinchwad area in Pune. The actual spot is Plot No 32A, right at Sr No 61. It’s a bit of a tucked-away place, and we share the space with B. L. Sonawane. Lensel isn't some massive factory with thousands of workers. It’s more of a local operation where we focus on what we’re doing without much distraction. The neighborhood here is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours trying to get things done. I spend a lot of my time at the plot, making sure things are moving along. In Pune, especially in Chinchwad, there’s always a lot of industrial noise, but you stop noticing it after a while. We do our work, keep our tools in order, and try to stay organized. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that’s just how a real workplace is. My desk is usually covered in papers and bits of equipment. I don’t believe in having a perfect, polished office. It’s about the work we produce, not how shiny the floors are. If you’re looking for us, you have to keep an eye out for the signs in Bijalinager because it’s easy to miss if you’re driving too fast. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’re just part of the local scenery.
