Le Hr Solutions

Our office for Le Hr Solutions is located in the Karvey Nagar area of Pune. We are specifically situated c/o Bala Saheb, which is just behind the Durga Caf and very close to Cummins College. It’s a lively neighborhood because of the college students and the local spot. You can usually smell the food from the area in the afternoons. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything. It's a more traditional setup, almost like a home office that grew a bit. We don't have a bunch of receptionists or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just walk right into where we are working. It can be a bit noisy with the street traffic and the college crowd, but we’ve gotten used to it. We do a lot of HR work from this spot. It’s just a handful of us. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to figure out where they fit. Karvey Nagar is a good place to be based because it's easy for people to find once they know about Durga Caf. We don't put on any airs here. We’re just local people working in Pune, trying to help other folks get their jobs sorted out. The office is a bit cluttered with files, but we know where everything is. It’s a humble place, but it works for us. Even the local delivery guys know where to find us now. We keep a stash of biscuits for when things get busy.
