We are based out of Flat No E-102 in the Namo Vihar Apartment complex. It is located right on Handewadi Road in the Satavnagar area of Hadapsar, Pune. Being in a residential building means things are a bit different than a big glass office in a tech park. We like it this way because it feels more like a community. The building has its own rhythm and we are just a part of it. Satavnagar is a busy place and you can always hear the traffic from Handewadi Road if the windows are open. There is a lot of activity around here with people going to work or heading to the markets. Our space in the flat is where all the paperwork and planning happen. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. It is quite convenient because everything we need is just a short walk away. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during peak hours but that is just life in Pune. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy decorations. It is just some rooms with desks and our files organized as best as we can. We spend most of our day here coordinating things and making sure tasks are finished on time. It is a practical setup for us. We drink a lot of tea and keep the fans running when it gets warm. It is a simple place where real work gets done without any unnecessary fuss.
