Larsen & Toubro Limited

This is the Larsen & Toubro Limited office in Pune. We are over at C-5, Sejal Park in Keshav Nagar. It is in the Chinchawad area, Pune-33. We have been based here for a while now. The office is pretty straightforward. There aren't any flashy signs or anything like that. Just some people doing their jobs. We like being in Keshav Nagar because it’s a decent place to work. We don't really have a big team here, just enough to keep things moving. The building itself is okay, nothing special, but it serves our purpose. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight on the street, especially near Sejal Park. We just focus on the daily tasks we have. No one here is really into big business talk. We use plain English and talk to each other like neighbors. If you are looking for us, look for the park. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road sometimes. We just keep things simple. Every day is about the same routine. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up and handle what's on the desk. It’s a practical way to run things in Pune and it suits us just fine. We don't need much more than a desk and a good cup of tea to get through the day. We just get on with the job.
