Our setup here at Gat No 2326 on the Pune Nagar Road is pretty massive. If you’re heading out toward Wagholi, you can’t really miss the turn near the Chowkidani Corner. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the warehouse traffic around the Talera area. Being part of the team at Larsen & Toubro Limited means there is always something moving. One day it’s heavy equipment arriving, the next it’s teams heading out to various sites. The dust from the road is a constant thing, and the noise from the trucks never really stops. Inside the gates, it’s all about getting the logistics sorted. It isn't a quiet office job. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking inventory or making sure the gate passes are in order. Sometimes the traffic at the Wagholi junction makes it a nightmare to get anything delivered on time, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve got a lot of space here, which is necessary when you’re dealing with the kind of stuff we handle daily. It’s a practical environment. No one wears fancy suits; it’s mostly work boots and high-vis jackets. We eat our lunch quickly and get back to it. There’s a rhythm to the day that involves a lot of coordination between the warehouse staff and the drivers. It feels like a small city inside these gates sometimes, especially when multiple projects are happening at once.
