Landmark Ltd

Our office is located in Tukai Nagar, right inside Natraj Colony over here in Taldaund. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Pune city center, but we like the pace out here in the 413801 area. Landmark Ltd has been operating out of this building for some time now. It's a simple setup. We have a few rooms where we get the daily tasks done. The weather stays decent most of the year, though the rains can make the roads around the colony a bit messy sometimes. You’ll find us here most mornings starting around nine. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist greeting everyone at the door. Usually, you just walk in and see one of us working at a desk. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that we go to when we need a short break from the paperwork. Most of our work involves keeping track of local projects and making sure the information is filed correctly in the cabinets. We deal with people from around the district who need things sorted out. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough with the regular flow of visitors and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk until the lights come back on. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it really is.
