Lanciere Consultancy Private Limited is located over in Bhoirnagar, within the Indira Nagar area of Chinchwad. We are set up at Survey Number 164, care of Bhausaheb Bhoir. It’s a local spot that feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We aren't in a skyscraper or a big business park. Our office is more like a local hub where we get our consultancy work done. We deal with various client projects throughout the week. The team is small, and we’ve mostly known each other for a while. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We’d rather just get into the details of the work that needs to be finished. Chinchwad has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Sometimes people walk in just to ask for directions because we are so integrated into the local street. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in Bhoirnagar. Our desks are usually covered in papers and folders, which shows we are actually working. We don't have a receptionist to greet you; usually, the person closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a relaxed environment, but we take the tasks seriously. We just don’t see the point in acting like a big corporate entity when we are a local business in a local neighborhood. We focus on the jobs at hand and try to make sure everything is handled properly by the time we close up.
