L B Kunjir Engineers

L B Kunjir Engineers is based in the Swanand Building in the Range Hills area. Our unit is S 2/1. It’s a decent place to work, and being in Range Hills gives us a bit of a break from the more crowded parts of the city. We are a team of engineers who focus on being practical and getting things done. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of technical folders. We don't have a corporate marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do the engineering work and let that be it. Some days we are in the office all day, and other days we are out on a site somewhere, looking at how things are being built. Swanand Building is a nice spot, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels very familiar. We know our neighbors and the people who run the local tea stalls. It’s a very normal, local way to run an engineering business. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local firm that knows our stuff and tries to be helpful. We don't have any grand mission statements. We just show up and solve the engineering problems that our clients bring to us. It’s good, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday.
