Kusaba Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Erandawane, specifically at Amar Society on Gulmohar Path. It’s a bit quieter here compared to the main roads of Pune, which is nice for getting work done. Our office is basically a converted space that fits our desks and drawing boards. We do engineering work, which means a lot of math and looking at technical drawings for hours. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and how we all take our tea. There’s a tree right outside the window that keeps the room a bit cooler in the summer. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come here are regular clients or suppliers we've known for years. We just focus on the projects we have on our plates. Sometimes a deadline gets tight and we stay late, but usually, we try to head home at a decent hour. The furniture is a bit old and the files are starting to take over the corner of the room, but it feels like home to us. We don’t bother with corporate talk or trying to look bigger than we are. We just do the engineering work that comes our way and try to do it right the first time. It is a simple life and a simple business.
