Kumar Brothers

Kumar Brothers is tucked away on the third floor of Pratibha Towers. The address is 18A/2-B in Wakdewadi. If you’ve ever been to Wakdewadi, you know it’s a mix of old industrial spots and newer offices. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. The lift sometimes acts up, so occasionally we end up taking the stairs which is good exercise I guess. It’s a family-run kind of thing, which is why we call it Kumar Brothers. We handle a lot of different business tasks from this office. It’s not a very large space, but it fits us just fine. There are files everywhere and a couple of old computers that have seen better days. We don’t really do fancy meetings or use big corporate talk here. We just talk to our clients and get the work done. The view from the third floor is mostly just other rooftops and the busy road below. Wakdewadi is a good spot for us because it’s central. We get a lot of visitors who are just passing through the area. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic noise, but you get used to it after a week or two. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It’s a simple operation, really. Just some brothers and a few staff members making a living. We try to keep things honest and don’t make promises we can't keep. It's just a regular way to spend the day, really. We've been here long enough that the place feels like home.
