Our office is situated at 136/1 in the Pune City area, specifically around Lakkasandra. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with the Tuljabhavani Mandir, as we are quite close to it. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of life and activity around us, which we quite enjoy. The building we are in is simple, and we try to keep things organized but it often ends up looking like a busy workspace with maps and papers all over the place. Dealing with property stuff in Pune keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time out and about, but this is where we come back to do all the paperwork. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us who know the local area well. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks, chatting with people from the neighborhood. It’s a very local vibe here in Lakkasandra. We don’t try to act like a big firm because we aren’t one. We just know how the streets are laid out and which areas are growing. If you walk past the mandir, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a practical setup for us to manage our daily business without any extra fuss or expensive decorations that don't help the work we do every single day for our local clients.
