Ktaiic Partners

Ktaiic Partners is located over at Silver Heights in the Tatya Tope Society II area of Wano Warie. It is a decent spot in Pune, and we have been working out of this office for quite some time now. The building is a typical Pune structure, nothing too flashy, but it gets the job done for us. We are on the sixth floor, and usually, there are about four or five of us in here at any given time. We spend most of our mornings going through files and talking to people on the phone. The area around Wano Warie is usually pretty busy, so there is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or so. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of partners trying to keep things running smoothly. Our desks are usually covered in papers and coffee mugs because we stay pretty focused on the tasks we have. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, but it’s a minor thing. We mostly just keep to ourselves and do our work. People who come to visit us usually find us in the middle of a discussion or buried in work. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person waiting to greet you. You just walk in and we say hello from where we are sitting. It’s a very practical way to run a business and it works for us.
