Kshitij Management Consultants Llp operates out of Platinum Square, which is right next to the Hyatt Hotel on Nagar Road. We are up on the ninth floor, in suite 903. Viman Nagar is a busy area, so there is always a lot happening around us. Being near the hotel makes it easy for people to find the building. Our space is pretty standard for a consultancy. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of coffee. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and helping clients manage their operations. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The view from the ninth floor is okay, you can see a bit of the city traffic from up here. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that focuses on getting the details right. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a while, especially during the lunch rush. We just take it in stride. It’s a professional enough spot, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside the office relaxed. We don’t wear suits every day unless there is a specific reason to. Mostly, we are just regular people working hard to make sure things run smoothly for the businesses we work with. It's a solid place to be based in Pune. We've been here for a while and like the neighborhood.
