Kris Architects Designers & Developers

Our office is tucked away in the New Metaledge Industrial Estate in Baner Gaon. Specifically, we’re up in unit A 902 on Subhash Road. It’s an interesting place to work because the industrial estate is always full of activity. Being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at the computer screens. Kris Architects Designers & Developers is the full name, but we usually just say Kris. We do a mix of things here, from the initial design work to the actual development side of projects. The office is pretty large, but it’s mostly filled with material samples and rolls of site plans. We have a small crew and we’ve been in Baner Gaon for a good bit now. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so we end up waiting around talking about the day’s tasks. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. The desks are a bit mismatched and there’s always someone looking for a lost measuring tape. We don’t go in for big speeches. We just show the work and explain how it’s going to be built. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to hit a deadline. We just focus on getting the details right and making sure the sites are running the way they should. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’re used to the pace of the industrial estate and the noise.
