Being based in Pune means we are always dealing with the changing weather and the ever-growing traffic on the roads. Our office here in Maharashtra is where we spend the bulk of our week. It’s a standard workspace with everything you’d expect to find in a busy city office. We have a small team here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts with everyone trickling in, usually complaining about the bikes on the main road. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The office itself is functional and straightforward. There are no fancy decorations or lounge areas, just our workstations and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really have a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss us if they aren't looking closely. Most of the people working here have lived in Pune for years, so we know all the best spots for a quick vada pav during the break. The afternoons can get a bit slow when the sun is hitting the windows, but we usually have enough work to keep us occupied until the evening. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just focus on getting our jobs done and heading home to our families. It’s a simple life here, and we like the routine of it. The office is just a place where we gather to handle the daily grind of the business.
