Kpmg is right here in Pune, Maharashtra. It's a city that's always growing, but we stay tucked away doing our bit. People know Pune for the traffic and the weather, and we're right in the middle of all that. Our office isn't some high-rise glass tower you see in movies. It's a functional space where we show up and get through the tasks. We have our routines, like grabbing snacks from the nearby stalls when we need a break. Being in Maharashtra gives us a specific way of doing things, I guess. We aren't loud about it. We just sit at our desks and handle the files. The desks are a bit cluttered, and there's always someone talking on the phone about numbers or schedules. It’s a decent place to work. We don't really do the corporate talk thing because it feels fake. We'd rather just talk normally. The office gets a bit dusty if we don't keep after it, but it's okay. We’ve been part of the local scene for a while now. Most days are pretty standard. We come in, we work, and we go home. It’s a simple life for us at Kpmg in Pune. We like the rhythm of the city and how everything eventually finds its place. There's no need to make it sound like more than it is. It's just a local office doing local work and trying to keep everything balanced without making it complicated.
