Our office is on the third floor of Royale Tranquille, which is right near Kokane Chowk in Pimple Saudagar. If you know the area, it’s a fairly busy landmark. We’re in office number 304. We do consulting work, mostly focused on the technical and planning side of things. It’s not always the most exciting job, looking at surveys and numbers all day, but it’s what we know how to do. The team here at K.P. Badgujar Consultants is small and we’ve all worked together for a good bit of time. Pimple Saudagar has grown so much lately, and being near Kokane Chowk means we see the changes every day. We aren't some big firm from out of town. We’re local people who understand how things work here. Most of our day is spent dealing with site details or making sure our reports are accurate. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, but the view from the third floor is decent. We don’t go for flashy presentations. Usually, it’s just a conversation over a cup of tea about what needs to be done. We take our work seriously but we don’t use a lot of big words to explain it. If someone has a question about a project, we give them a straight answer based on what we see in the files. It's just regular people doing technical work the best we can.
