Kotkar Automobiles is situated at Radhe Krishna Estate, number 32, right in the Deccan Gymkhana area. This part of the city is always buzzing, and our shop is no different. We spend our days surrounded by parts, oils, and tools. It’s the kind of place where your hands are rarely clean for long. We take care of whatever comes through the door, mostly focusing on getting vehicles back on the road. The estate is a busy place, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. We aren't a high-end showroom with shiny floors. Our floor has seen a lot of work, and that’s how we like it. We keep a lot of spares on the racks, so we don't have to wait around for parts too often. It’s just straightforward mechanical work. Most of the people who come to us are regulars from around Deccan who trust us to look at their cars or bikes. We don't use big words or try to sell you stuff you don't need. If something needs fixing, we tell you. If it's fine, we say so. It’s just me and the guys working through the list of jobs every day. The noise from the street is always there, but we don't notice it much anymore. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the engines and the grease. It's what we know and what we've been doing for years.
