We are Kopardekar Ventures Llp, and you can find us over at Sadashiv Peth. Our office is located in Shrinad Apartment, specifically Flat 10 on the floor at number 2030. It’s right there on Tilak Road, which as anyone from Pune knows, is always a hive of activity. Being in such an old and busy part of the city means there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a small setup here. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with computers and files. We didn’t want a big, glass-walled office in a tech park because this feels more like home. We’ve been operating from this flat for a while. The walk up the stairs is good exercise, though the lift works most of the time. Our work involves a lot of planning and looking at different business ideas. It's not always exciting, and some days are just spent answering emails and making phone calls. We like being in Sadashiv Peth because the food around here is great and everything we need is within walking distance. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals we talk about all the time. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It is a simple life and a simple business. We keep our overheads low and our focus on the daily grind. That’s just how we prefer to run things at Kopardekar Ventures.
