Our place is at S. NO. 3106, spanning across Plots 1, 2, 3, and 4. It's in Gangaram Plot, right near Athwade Bazaar. KOLTE BIZSOL PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we use. Being near the bazaar means it gets very lively on certain days. You can hear the vendors and the people shopping from our office. It’s a very local atmosphere. We’ve been here for a while. The office isn't a high-rise or anything like that. It's more of a functional space where we can get things done. We have several rooms because of the multiple plots, but it still feels a bit crowded with all the files. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they know where Gangaram Plot is. We keep our heads down and work. The desks are a bit mismatched. Some were bought years ago. We don't mind. It works for us. The weather in this part of the country is something you just live with. We have plenty of windows for light, but they stay shut when the dust from the market picks up. KOLTE BIZSOL PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. It's a bit messy sometimes, but that's how real life is. We just keep going, day after day, until the day is done.
